Application:
When taking during training, mix 40 grams with 500 ml of water.
When taking before training, mix 80 grams with 500 ml of water.
A tablespoon with a top corresponds to approx. 20 grams.
It must be stirred thoroughly for 1-2 minutes to ensure proper dissolution.
